Structure ID

This function automatically generates a decimalized structure ID similar to paragraph numbers, or decimalized hierarchical numbers, as sometimes used in a Work Breakdown Structure, or WBS.

The numbers are automatically written in the first column to the right of the table and are based on the structure level.
