Highlight Rows

Rows are highlighted according to the structure level.

Options:

You can highlight

  • Only rows that are parents, or

  • All rows.

​

Rows can be highlighted with

  • Default colors

  • With your defined preferences, or

  • With preset color themes in MS Office.

Click on the 'Highlight Rows' function.

Example Table - before highlighting

The default option is to highlight parents using default colors.

Highlight Rows Default Parents only

The second option is to highlight parents using your Preferred Colors.

A third option is to highlight all rows using the default colors.

Another option is to use preset color themes in MS Office.
